Since 2022, Dragoș Călin has been a trainer at SPOR – Școala pentru Oameni Responsabili, being the only trainer invited consistently, year after year.
Within the SPOR program, Dragoș works with employee groups, using theatrical exercises and creative methods for personal development, collaboration, and communication.
